If you are noticing that your internet speed is slow or lagging, please go to the google speed test, and run the test to find out if it is an internet connection problem or if it is a problem with your school-issued laptop. If your internet is running slow then it is a problem with your internet provider. If your internet speed is running well, then please submit a technology help desk ticket to solve the problem. If you have reached out to your teacher at every step and you are still unable to figure out the problem, please view the technology help desk video to submit a ticket. This will notify the school technologist and he will reach out and help you solve the problem. Please include a contact number or email that will allow him to reach out in order to solve the problem.
